WHAT'S IN THE FRIDGE?

With competition prep over and done with for the meantime, I've got the opportunity to up my calories a bit and try and build muscle and work on the areas that I need to for the finals.  X-CELR8 and WheyFX are a mainstay in my diet, whether it's during competition prep or out of season. 




Udos Oil is still added to my morning oats - favourite meal of the day and my afternoon shake to make sure I'm getting all the EFAs that my body needs to grow and recover.
